Join us at 12:30 pm for silent meditation before our service. Meditation not only calms and soothes you, it enhances your health and creativity and puts you in a receptive frame of mind for Sunday Service. Our services, beginning at 1 p.m., include music, affirmative prayer, lessons, reflec-tion, good humor, affiramtions and creative expression. Linger after for refreshments and fellowship.

Accredited Science of Mind classes are offered regularly throughout the year to both teach the principles of Science of Mind and to inspire you in their application to make positive changes in your life.

Rev. Amy Aspell, founder of the Spiritual Wisdom Studio, is a minister of International Centers for Spiritual Living. She is also an Art Mentor who has worked in many capacities to help people access their creativity. She has served in Spiritual Centers and churches in California, Idaho and Washington, focusing on the role of creativity in our human and spiritual development.
