Rev. Amy Aspell, founder of the Spiritual Wisdom Studio, is a minister of International Centers for Spiritual Living. Reverend Amy is also an Art Mentor who has worked in many capacities to help people access their creativity. She has served in Spiritual Centers and churches in California, Idaho and Washington, focusing on the role of creativity in our human and spiritual development.

The Spiritual Wisdom Studio is a retreat teaching center on Bainbridge Island, Washington, where we learn how our own divinely-connected creativity has shaped and formed our lives. In an atmosphere of acceptance, we are nurtured into empowerment through learning and practicing spiritual principles. The studio itself is a peaceful, comfortable, light-filled space with a cozy fireplace surrounded by beautiful gardens. It is the perfect place of sereniity to release the concerns of your day and to focus on re-designing your consciousness to attract a more appropriate experience of life.

Centers For Spiritual Living teaches a philosophy, a religion and a way of life rooted in the Science of Mind and Spirit. In the early 1900's Ernest Holmes, an avid student of religious and philosophical thought, examined the consistent teachings found within the mystical traditions of the world and synthesized a cohesive system of thought about life and the relationship between God and humanity. He called it the Science of Mind and together with similar teachings developing at that time, it is part of New Thought.

Einstein pointed out that we cannot solve a problem from the same consciousness that created it. The Science of Mind teaches us how our consciousness works to produce our reality and gives us the tools we need to alter our consciousness. God is recognized as the overarching Creator of all Universal principles and infintely immanent within all creation. Ancient sacred writings, Jesus' teachings and the most contemporary discoveries of science and quantum physics, consistently serve to explain more about how these principles work.

With like-minded companions, we practice establishing our intentions with clarity and enthusiasm while opening our perception and developing our evaluation of feedback as God’s guidance, keeping alert to staying in alignment with principle.

We teach spiritual mind treatment as our affirmative means of communing with Spirit and meditation as our means of listening for Spirit. We value solitude and reflection as well as community and support, knowing that we create in our individual lives, as God does on the Universal level, according to the process of our thought.
